What we like about it is The ENERGY and PASSION. Will Barron stands out from all other hosts of sales podcasts because he is genuinely interested in the subject and also interviews guests on behalf of the host on the show (this could be the reason why it's the top-rated B2B podcast on sales). Barron interviewing each episode's top sales thinkers and professionals and gleaning for the best methods for selling and interesting stories. Barron is adept at doing this with ease. Episodes are available in video form on the Salesman site. Being able to see the way he moves is a plus to an already excellent podcast.

He chooses interviewees who are the best on specific topics and is adept at asking them in a manner that will extract the maximum amount of knowledge from their answers.
