3 New Features (and lots of control)

The 3 latest add-ons we have added address many of the issues that you have been struggling with.

When our users send us request for feature suggestions and feedback we never fail to hear ears. We take note, since we understand the importance of the information you tell us. This is your tool We want to make every effort to make sure that it accomplishes exactly what you want to get it to!

However, the development team has been working hard over the past few months getting additional features to the collection. These add-ons are designed specifically to improve your experience by making it more user-friendly and offer more paywalling power and control.

You talked. We were listening. Here's a rundown of the most recent changes...

#1 - Get fine-grained control using this Members Registration Restrictions Option

With the brand new membership registration restrictions Add-on, you get total control over who can join your membership.

It is possible to use this add-on to stop membership signups based on...

  •   IP Address  
  •   Email domain  
  •   Email address  
  •   Age  

If you want to limit registrations based on IP address or email domain email address, you are able to decide if the restriction will be based on an allowlist or a blocking list as well as one of an permitlist.

Additionally, you can set a maximum active number of registrations for each membership. This way there is a limit on the quantity of members are allowed to join.

#2 - Lower churn using the Cancel Override Add-On

It is likely that you can add a cancellation link to your memberships by selecting the "Allow users to end their subscriptions" option on the Settings > Account tab.

Doing so gives users the ability to end the recurring subscriptions they have purchased.

What's differentto the cancellation flow includes that it now has the "Cancel Override" functionality. This add-on allows anyone who clicks on the cancel link in the Account > Subscriptions section is instantly redirect to a custom website.

Removing the Add-Ons and Cancel Sign-On Use Cases

With the Add-on for Cancel Override it's not necessary for the conversation to end at "cancel my account". You can use the landing page to through various options, including discounts, downgrades as well as free trial incentives.

You can also use the page to get cancellation data. For example, you might conduct a survey with a forms plugin to better know the reason people are cancelling. Then take that info and work to create improvement.

#3 - Account Nav Tabs Add-On

The brand new Account Navigation Tabs add-on permits you to create custom navigation tabs for members on their accounts page.

  • Provide Outside resources. Provide your users with fast access to external sources like websites and other platforms.
  • Include a page for support. Create a traditional support page for members to make support ticket submissions and be added into your knowledge of the base.
