Tell us about your community and why people gather.

My group is called Conscious Collective, and it's an opportunity for people of spirituality who want to realize their power and potential. We recognize the fact that we're all connected and we're all as a whole, and we carry that awareness into spirituality. We have the opportunity to train and challenges for mindfulness, meditation and personal development with an emphasis on making spirituality easy to access, enjoyable, and accessible. The innovative challenge system, the Live Room as well as the Leaderboard functionality.

How is your community structured?

There are two major circles inside Conscious Collective for now. We'll expand as we grow. Most of the action happens within "The Forum". This is for general conversation on all topics, challenge discussions and shares, and invitations to attend live events. We also have an "Spirit Market" circle for people to showcase, purchase or sell their metaphysical artwork and other accouterments. Regular challenges, group meditations, classes, and other events are hosted within The Forum / Live Room (which is SO much better than Zoom btw!). The Forum is adding virtual coworking, art nights, and oracle evenings in the month of April.

I also use the new platform for my advanced membership as well as my VIP mentorship group.

A recent community win

People are really embracing this platform. Members are asking for things like art night, oracle evening as well as a variety of other events, and are eager to participate and host.

The top tip for other Heroes

The Leaderboard is amazing! Every month we offer a prize to the lucky winner. The prize this month was a bag of Onyx Coffee, one the most renowned roasters of coffee across the US. This isn't a massive giveaway, but it adds an element of fun to the competition and is extremely effective in participation.

This is truly a community like no other with many strong friendships created.

How is your community structured?

Using the newest portal within allows our mastermind community to scale on a whole new scale. We can now hype one another up for competitions, to share successes, and make even stronger connections. Live conversations and lessons is another excellent tool that we can use to ensure that we keep our engagement high.

Recent community wins

One of the biggest wins for Stylist Soul Tribe this year was that we had 100 members in the mastermind group and we are so excited to launch the group in January in order to expand even further! Vision casting session coming up soon in which we discuss the mindset as well as working with vision along with all the steps to success.

The top tip for other Heroes

A tip that I could leave you with is to create space for your group to be creative. A lot of the biggest ideas and improvements within the mastermind were inspired by people in the mastermind. A lot of connections have been formed naturally by giving the room for it to occur. This has allowed me to use the tools to have a structure in place that runs seamlessly so that I can appear as authentically as is possible to my fellow members.

Describe your community and why they gather.

The Kathy Keats Community is an incredible collection of pet lovers who understand that reaching your potential in dog sport (or whatever else) doesn't just involve the development of skills. It's about growth. It's impossible to fool a dog. They are amazing mirrors that make us feel humble, push us, reveal our shortcomings and motivate us to become better ... in their honor, for ourselves, and to those around us.

How structured is your community?

The process is still in the trial process of creating the ideal format for my community. Right now, I'm employing (or will be using) it three ways: one is as an addition to online courses or to provide a community of accountability that is supportive membership in its own right as well as a final option is as a free area for me to interact with my audience and integrate them into my community. I utilize a mixture of live meetups with the Live Room feature and Challenges to keep my audience engaged and focused in classes. Also, I create weekly updates for my community members and am planning to start conversations in the free area in order to know which topics and guests would interest people in my podcasts.

Top tip for others Heroes

If you're planning to use community in conjunction with online courses, you should consider integrating the community first before the date of your course's official start and engage your learners in the community with an initial week live event, competition or leaderboard scavenger hunt, because this is the place the place where the biggest learning curve will be when you open your course area. This helps to avoid overwhelming and makes it much easier to link to particular lessons within your course.

A recent community win

The most recent course was a huge hit, mostly because a lot of my clients aren't techie but could easily engage in the live Q&As because of the intuitive user interface. There was more live face-to-face participation in the online community than I have ever had using other tools for conferencing because technology didn't get in the way.

Describe your community and why you are there.

My community, The Level Up Club is a place for individuals who are entrepreneurs, creatives as well as changemakers, to come together and meet like-minded individuals that want to learn by advancing their careers, grow to make an positive difference in the world.

What are the structures of your community?

I currently have 2 accessibility groups "The Community" which is available for free to join, and "The Golden Circle Mastermind" that is my mastermind group. There are five circles in my group; one is for general posts, Bookish is for talk about books, and Podcasting for--you guessed it--podcasters. Also, NLP and Hypnosis for people looking to discuss that, and one only to my masterminds. The challenges have been great fun and my community loves getting involved. The challenges so far have been for getting to know each other as well as health and mindfulness related. Meetups are a great method of bringing new members to the group when you share the event via social platforms.
