Louise Cherry Barber: Jon, congratulations for winning the Springie award. This is much overdue. We hope you're slightly stunned when we revealed it.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely, I was incredibly surprised. It's amazing what we are as a group -- in our PSI team. One of the most amazing group of individuals I've worked with, and hearing what they were saying about what I do was extremely moving. Yet, just as quickly the same phrases could be reversed to be directed at each and every one of them. We really have each other's backs. Anything that one individual of us does takes credit with the collective effort whether it's good or not. If something doesn't go as planned and something goes wrong, we'll all jump in together in order to correct the situation. Therefore, I wouldn't be able to have accomplished it without those guys. They mean a lot to me, and, I mean more than the award, certainly. But the award definitely felt great to get.

Louise Cherry Barber: This is awesome. Also, it was an amazing experience for me as an observer all of your team members be able to go around telling stories about your experiences. And it's great to hear what the importance of your team members has been to your experience in this place. When you think about this award, the Springie Award, and living in the spirit of Making a Difference, seeking to understand and acting in a timely manner What suggestions do you have to those -- you know, you've spent almost nine years. How can you how do you live those values? What are the best ways to make them real?

Jon Tewes:You are aware that I've worked in a variety of businesses with different values. and the values that we have right now r eally mirror my own core values. Therefore, not living these values seems strange to me. It's not an intentional effort, something that I strive to do. It's just the way I live my life. Making a difference, understanding that you must be adamant about what you're doing are our basic principles which guide how I work each every day. You know, we're working directly with sellers that are being onboarded. It's about empathizing with them and working with them to really understand what their problem is and then figure out the answer quickly and offer them the very best service to sell is the way that I live my day-to-day life. And it's great that we have a company that really matches the way in which I already do it and I don't be required to do anything.

Louise Cherry Barber: It makes it easy for you to not think about it when it's an integral part of your identity. In reflecting on your experiences here, what are the most enjoyable aspects of being at ?

Jon Tewes:Well it's true that I've been here for a good while. However, at the core of it, I'm jazzed to do my work I mean, so what's the reason? You know, I mentioned the people before and the ones I work with. It's the best when you're when you're in the classroom. We also have a platform. offer, as a market of merchants of record, we are leaders, and I get to work alongside those incredible people to really mold our future . It's the reason I'm here.
