Four Levers to Grow Your Company ... However, there's an issue!

For a business to expand its company, you need only four factors:
traffic
Conversion
pricing
retention
Traffic:Get more people into your funnel.
ConversionConvert to more customers in your funnel.
Pricing: Charge more.
Retention: Keep them as customers for longer.
That's it.
If you're engaged in your business but there's no work on any of those four things, whatever you're doing, it's not increasing the size of your company.
Figure out which one of these four levers is the one that's broken the most, then spend as much time as possible to that lever.
It's the way to grow.
Now ... there's the ctach.
