Louise Cherry Barber: Danica I am pleased to announce that you have been selected as the Springie Award Winner for our Q3 of 2023! Tell me, the significance of you to be awarded the Springie Award here at ?

Danica Larsen:It was really nice to be really warm to know that I had incorporate a large portion of me -- my interesting persona in my daily work. It was also nice to realize that people knew about it and that it was welcomed and appreciated with a positive attitude and in addition to the fact that it was not solely due to achieving a certain number that was previously how I might have been acknowledged and the other jobs I've been to, but because of the person that I am as well as the achievements I've accomplished outside of just one dedicated number. It was really nice to be acknowledged as a person. It was really touching.

Louise Cherry Barber: This is awesome and definitely earned. And one thing I am interested in is for you to discuss certain highlights that is, the ones you heard about. you first heard about it, and more specifically your work performed on the benchmarking project has been praised by some individuals. Could you talk to us more about this?

Danica Larsen:Yes, I put on a lot of work and I'm thrilled to be recognized. I think I was a little bit surprised to see the benchmarking initiative was one of the things which was mentioned, I think, because it's still in its early days, you know; there's still a lot of work to be done. So I'm thrilled to see that people are thrilled about the initiative. Since it's likely to bring an incredible amount of value. I hope it's going provide much value, not just for us as a business however, for our clients, sellers, as well. And we'll help in an ideal world give the company some insight on the best ways to grow in the over time, the way we've seen it work in the long run as a successful idea. So seeing that called out already at the first sort of like beta stages was really exciting, since it indicates that others are seeing the benefits as well.

Louise Cherry Barber: Recently, we updated our values for the company to Be Different, Seek to Understand and act with urgency. I'm curious about your thoughts on the updated values.

Danica Larsen What they are is doing what's right, and understanding what"right" means. So actually investigating, digging into that, and acting swiftly and making a choice. That's what I do. by that every day... And looking at the other people who are part of members of the Support Team also, I mean, that they live the ideals with our customers as well as with our buyers each day. They're at the forefront in the lead, on the front line searching for understanding, and acting fast, since that's a part of if they cannot perform those tasks. When we fall apart as business, no one will be able to continue working with us.

Louise Cherry Barber:What suggestions can you offer to people on the other side ? Are you someone who would love to live these values? What suggestions do you have about how you can make them manifest?

Danica Larsen It's only me say that I speak only from a personal perspective. The most important thing is to pay attention as long as possible. While working with various accounts, the companies selling, the customers, anyone that we're working with, knowing their requirements, and the real reason behind their need, that determines what we can perform and how we must be acting. And that's the "seeking understanding"; you can't accomplish it without being attentive. So that would be my first tip: just to listen to the people around you.
