Although many children get an early entrepreneurial start through selling snacks to friends, Morgan Hipworth took his young interest in food up a notch. The young founder behind popular Australian bakery, Bistro Morgan has developed an appreciation for food by watching cooking programs when he was just seven .
"I watched other young people in the news working toward their goals, and then I thought to myself, 'If they're able to do it, I could achieve it too,'" Morgan says. And he turned that belief into action "Each week, I'd prepare three meals for my parents and family offering my culinary creations at the table of my family," he says. "I then extended my clientele to extended families, providing freshly baked treats at birthdays and other occasions." As a teenager He was urged to take samples to a local cafe--and became solely responsible for its supply of baked goods and sweets.
Include your customers in the brand's story
"Being capable of telling a story and really bring people along has always been an integral aspect of building a client database," he says. "Connection is the top goal, and the key to turning a single customer into a loyal customer who'll support you for life."
