Illustration and tattoo artist from Hamburg. Ines Hassler, also known under the alias Frau Ines lives by her creative talent, courage and her personal neighborhood artist club.

"Creative exchange connection, connectivity, and the sense of community of the community are important to me , and have had an impact on the work I do" says Ines. The scene located at Hamburg is a hub for creativity and is overseen by Ines as well as the local association of artists: Hey Du Hey Du, which acts as the gallery and the tattoo studio. Also, Live Art Club as well as Live Art Club, which provides "cheerful and rejuvenating" lessons for drawing. "I would not be who I am now if weren't ready for all of the help that the people and city have to provide me during these past few weeks," Ines says.

A thriving artist from the beginning, Ines studied a variety of arts-related disciplines throughout her school years before choosing the one she thought was most suitable to her: design. "But after only a few years in the field of agency jobs," she says, "I realized that my heart was more dedicated to the work I did in my spare time outside of work , and not so much for big clients and brands. After some time I decided to create my own venture working full-time being an artist."

Creativity can motivate you.

"The variety of my daily schedule is what keeps me motivated and focused," she says. "The best thing I can accomplish is to complete the same job each day. I love switching between projects as well as working in teams of different sizes, and achieving common goals. Therefore, my work seems to be a hobby."

"But obviously it's often difficult," she says, "especially in times of outbreaks, or when deadlines for different parties are brought together. It can cause stress and, often, excessive stress. Here's where I'm seeking to find the optimal equilibrium."

"In all, the feeling of self-realization is always going to manage to win," Ines adds. "Sometimes it's still a bit crazy I'm able to consider what I'm doing as a profession. For me, it's not only work, it's a way of life."
