We've just launched an updated API for Offers that allows users to present upsells, cross-sell additional offers, add-ons and other deals to potential customers at every interaction with a customer.
Tax Exemption Updates in Digital Invoicing
The App lets users add a tax-exempt ID any quote that is created within the App and from through the Quotes API. This change applies to all countries that support the change and also collects tax.
Revised Zip Coding Requirements in North America
In both the USA as well as Canada, users will now be required to input zip codes or postal codes respectively. This will allow us to verify more precisely tax exemption numbers when creating quotations. This applies to user generated quotes as well as quotes made by users who are end-customers.
Expanded support for tax exempted orders made in Japan
Customers who sell in Japan can now input JCT tax IDs JCT tax ID when conducting B2B transactions. Customers will receive the lowest tax rate, minus% and report the tax directly to an accounting system that uses reverse change.
