We have released a new Offers API to allow users to present cross-sells, upsells additional offers, add-ons and other deals to potential buyers during every customer interaction.
Tax Exemption Updates in Digital Invoicing
The App now allows users to add a tax exemption ID to any quote created in the App and from through the Quotes API. This update is available to all supported countries where tax collection is conducted.
Refreshed Zip code requirements applicable to North America
In both the USA and Canada, users will now be required to input postal codes or zip codes, respectively. This allows us to validate more precise tax exemption numbers during the process the quote is created. This is applicable to the quotes generated by users as well as those generated by users who are end-customers.
Expanded support for tax exemption for Orders made coming from Japan
Users making sales in Japan are now able to input an JCT tax ID when conducting B2B transactions and receive an 0% tax rate. They can also report the tax directly under reverse change accounting.
