For a book store we've selected a neutral colour palette and serif typeface for a formal and reliable look. Setting the width to match the width of your browser, and placing the products in four rows allows you to display plenty of merchandise on a single page.

Autumnal arts and crafts store

The sidebar can be removed when you have a small catalogue of items and showing less and fewer items per row can really help the photography of your products be noticed. This is especially useful if you're selling products that rely on photography to market the items. Handmade items are a perfect example of this.
