I'm a big admirer of the character Mr. Rogers and always wanted in some way to help people. It led me into 20 years of customer service helping to in assisting, assisting with troubleshooting and cheer our customers on!

After a suggestion from a friend to look for it was a good one, and I followed through , and 6 years later--never thought about it. If I'm not assisting customers as well as assisting them with their requirements, I'm seeking out the latest hidden treasure or planning my next trip together with my beloved family, a cup of coffee on one side, and a snack with the other.

Every day is a fun, new experience! I am able to help clients from around the globe and help them solve the issues they face. It doesn't matter if it's explaining the benefits of our membership or unravelling the mysteries of a situation. I'm happy to be here to help them.
Unwinding after a long day of serving customers
With AI becoming a more efficient technology for communication, I concentrate in keeping the human companion at the forefront, making genuine connections, proactively pursuing the needs of their clients, and making sure that everyone is understood, supported and in a position to be successful.
Do you have a memory of one your best interactions with one of our (potential) customers, describing the question/problem they had and the solution you came up with.
A customer of ours was looking to offer a special promotion to their members that we can't provide in the traditional way. Instead of saying "no," (we do the best we can not) I found a creative solution using our API.
The custom solution met their needs and worked perfectly! Everyone was thrilled by the outcome. It turned the challenge into an possibility.
According to your view, what does it take to make an effective membership company?
It is my opinion that keeping your customers engaged is the primary factor in building a thriving subscription-based business. When creators are able to talk to their customers, it's about more than simply a transaction for money. What have you learnt in your studies ?
Effective communications are essential in providing customer support, whether it's face-to-face or online. Even though online support might seem easier to handle, choosing an unsuitable tone or confusing language can cause customers discontent.
That's why the PREACH model of communications (Proud Honest, Reliable empathic, articulate, concise, Human) is crucial when assisting customers in any way.
Eyal is in a brand new adventure
I truly love being a part of my support team since everyone is a model of the qualities they display in their interactions with customers. One of the biggest lessons I've learned? Communication is a skill can be developed over time with a willingness to learn from your missteps.
Three suggestions that you'd recommend to a person within your department or field?
Three suggestions for satisfaction with customer support:
- Ask questions, and then more questions to understand the requirements of your customer and determine what is causing the problem.
- Keep in touch if you don't hear back--customers appreciate the effort and time spent in ensuring everyone is engaged.
- You must keep all your commitments. Being true to promise you made to your customers builds trust and will ensure the long-term satisfaction of your customers. The old saying was that you'd call clients a few days in advance and you'll never forget!
