Louise Cherry Barber: Danica I'm pleased to inform you that you've been chosen as the Springie Award Winner for our quarter in 2023! What's the significance of winning the Springie Award here at ?

Danica LarsenIt feels really good to feel at ease to realize that I've brought an important part of me that is my distinctive personal style into my work routine. It was also pleasing to realize that the people who were around me knew my ability to be welcomed and appreciated by individuals who were positive, in addition to being aware that it wasn't because of a particular quantity that I could receive praise for other positions I've had. However, it was due to my personal qualities and accomplishments that I've accomplished beyond just the amount. It was really satisfying to be recognized for who I am. It was truly moving.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's awe-inspiring, and surely should be mentioned. One thing I'm keen on is to speak about specific things that are, in fact something you've been told about. When you first learned about it specifically your participation in the benchmarking program was praised by a few people. Are you able to tell us more about this?

Danica LarsenYes you're right. I've put a tremendous amount of time to this, and am thrilled to be acknowledged. I was not surprised to learn that the benchmarking initiative was among the items that was talked about that's since it's still just beginning its journey and there's plenty of work to do. So I'm thrilled to see that people are elated about the initiative. It's a good thing because the initiative is bound to provide immense worth. I'm hopeful that it will provide a great deal of benefits, not just for the company itself but, for our clients also as vendors. And we'll help with our clients by providing them with tips on how to boost its future growth and similarly, that we've witnessed it succeed in the longer term as a viable idea. Thus, to see that announcement at the first week of it was quite a buzz because it shows that people are aware of its advantages too.

Louise Cherry Barber: We recently updated our values for the company to be unique, strive to know and be promptly. I'm curious about what you think about the new company values.

Danica Larsen What they are doing is getting it done the right approach, yet they also know what"right" means. This means researching thoroughly in depth, analyzing the issue making quick decisions and deciding. That's the way I do this. Every day I work... and as I observe the others of our Support Team of our Support Team can be said they're following the same values as our clients and customers every day. They're in leading the way, at the forefront of searching for insight, and executing fast, since that's the result of being unable to complete the work they're assigned. When we fall apart as company, there'll be no one who can effectively work with us.

Louise Cherry Barber:What do you have to say for those from the other end of the spectrum ? Are you aware of someone who wants to be a member of these values? What suggestions do you have in helping dreamers reach their goals?

Danica Larsen It's just that I'm speaking from a personal perspective. The most important thing is to keep an eye on your surroundings whenever you are capable of. In dealing with multiple clients, the companies selling, the customers, anyone who we're working with, it's identifying their requirements and the motive of their need that will decide what actions we should take as well as the manner that we're required to conduct ourselves. It's called "seeking understanding" and it's difficult to do it without being aware. This is why I have an initial suggestion be aware of the individuals around you.
